Peter Mellon, President

Peter joined Kenco in 1993, when Kenco Lease acquired his company, Westover Financial, Inc. Peter graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Administration and has more than 20 years experience in the leasing industry, including Director of Marketing for Colonial Pacific Leasing from 1978-1985. Peter moved Kenco to Tualatin from Eugene in 1994 to be closer to the Portland leasing market. Currently, Peter oversees Kenco’s lease portfolio, administrates and oversees all office activities and personnel.

Tal Kennedy, Vice President

Joining Kenco in 1994, Tal brings in excess of 20 years experience to the operational aspect of our company. Management of legal and collection departments while with Colonial Pacific Leasing (1978-1985), and as Director of Operations for Industrial Funding, (1985-1992), Tal has had the opportunity to instill efficient processing and funding of programs. These experiences, coupled with two years of public partnership fund management, provide extensive structuring capabilities. Tal manages the credit, collection and lease processing areas of the company on a daily basis.
